Barry Rents Rental Policies For Parties and Events

THANK YOU for considering us for your rental needs. Our sole aim is to help you have a successful event. In pursuit of this aim, we need to have a clear understanding of the conditions of your rental. The following provides guidelines for your rental contract.

RESERVATIONS are encouraged for your party or special event. This will help insure availability and allow time for your order to be packed for delivery or your pick-up. A credit card will be required to hold your reservation.

FULL PAYMENT for all rental fees, deposits and services are due in advance on or before delivery or pick up by customer.

DELIVERY is available for a nominal fee. Tables and chairs will be delivered stacked. They must be stacked for pick-up. Our service does not include set up or take down of tables or chairs. If this service is desired, arrangements must be made prior to delivery and/or pickup with an additional charge applied.

NO EQUIPMENT IS TO BE DISASSEMBLED. Barry Rents must be notified immediately if any items are damaged. The customer will be charged for missing or damaged items as well as accrued rent on the missing or damaged items. China, glassware, etc. will be considered broken if returned chipped. You are responsible for equipment from the time of pick-up or delivery to the time of return. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. You may be charged for soiled, broken, damaged or missing items at replacement cost.

PICK-UP and/or RETURN: All china, silver, utensils, etc. should be rinsed and repacked in the same container delivered. Linens should be refuse free and dry to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be knocked down and stacked ready for pick-up. All items should be assembled in a single location for pick-up to avoid additional fees.

DEPOSITS: A credit card will be required to secure your reservation. A 25% charge may be made for any or all items cancelled 3 days prior to the event date.

PRICING: Our rates are for one day. In most cases orders can be picked up the day before and returned the day after your event for a one day rate.
